We are Billy Shipers and Cindy Wheeler.
Billy opened Shipers Laser in the spring of 2018, and Cindy joined in January 2022.
And yes, we are a couple, going steady since January 2009. Our daughter, Alexys Tran, BSN, has joined us, helping with clients as well.

People often ask us, "How did you get into this business and why?".
Well, after brainstorming and trying to figure out what type of business we would like to start, we decided there was a need for tattoo removal.
So, we pursued this business by researching, obtaining the correct training and licenses, purchasing the proper laser that can remove all colors of ink, and launching Shipers Laser Tattoo Removal Center.
It was exciting and scary at the same time. But we took a chance on ourselves to pursue the all-American dream of owning our own company and being our own boss.
